'The Missouri Harmony was written in 1984 and 1985 for the Dutch organist Huub ten Hacken who gave the first performance on the organ of St. Janskathedraal in 's-Hertogenbosch on 10th October 1985.' Ik was het totaal vergeten: ik heb dit wonderlijke stuk 'ambient' inderdaad een keer in Den Bosch gehoord, al weet ik niet zeker of dat tijdens de première van 1985 was. Hoe dan ook: tijdens concert vond ik er niet veel aan. En nu? De muziek is nu niet wat ze toen was: met haar ingetogen minimalisme herinnert...
