Baudrier describes the section following the colophon at the end of Revelation, which contains the glossary and indexes, as "58 ff. n. chiff., sign. a-e [i.e. sign. a-c] par 8, d par 10, a-c par 8." His copy apparently lacked leaf p9sc9, containing the index of place names
