Dit is een prachtige dubbel-cd met bluesgitarist/-zanger B.B. King op zijn best. Al deze live-opnamen hebben een sfeer die vele bluesliefhebbers zeker zal aanspreken. Het cd-boekje is zeer verzorgd en goed gedetailleerd wat betreft de opnamen. De dubbel-cd opent met "Everyday I have the blues", opgenomen in Regal Theatre in Chicago op 21 november 1964, het laatste nummer is "Rock me baby", opgenomen in The Rosengarten in Mannheim op 27 maart 1994. Alle 29 live-tracks zijn stuk voor stuk de moeite waard. O.a.: "Sweet little angel", "You upset me baby", "Please accept my love", "How blue can you get", "Let the good times roll", "The thrill is gone" en "Paying the cost to be the boss". Mooie duetten zijn er met o.a. Gladys Knight ("Please send me someone to love"), Ruth Brown ("Ain't nobody's business") en Joe Louis Walker ("T-Bone Shuffle"). Een welkome aanvulling op al dat andere materiaal dat al van deze blueslegende is verschenen.
