Bij de opening van de House of Blues Club in Chicago werd een groots concert georganiseerd met de Blues Brothers en hun band, aangevuld met bluesmusici als Billy Boy Arnold, Lonnie Brooks, Charlie Musselwhite en Eddie Floyd. Deze cd is de live-registratie hiervan. Het werd een zinderend concert. Veel uptempo blues, die zeker de voeten losmaakt en uitnodigt om eens lekker te swingen op een feestje. Na het intro volgen veertien nummers. O.a.: "Green onions", "Chicken Shack", "Sweet home Chicago", "Born in Chicago", "634-5789", "All she wants to do is rock", "Flip, flop and fly" en "Money (That's what I want)".
