Crossroads 2, Live In The Seventies is een compilatie van nummers die zijn opgenomen tijdens de verschillende tours en live-concerten van Eric Clapton in de zeventiger jaren. In deze periode was Clapton, meer dan nu, vooral een bluesgitarist. Op de vier cd's in deze box is hij op zijn best te horen, samen met onder anderen Muddy Waters en Carlos Santana. Op de cd's staat een groot aantal bekende nummers zoals Knockin On Heaven's Door, Layla, I Shot The Sheriff, Badge, Cocaine en Wonderful tonight, die in veel gevallen nog beter klinken dan de studioversies. In de box zit ook een uitgebreide beschrijving van Eric's carrière tijdens de zeventiger jaren. Deze box is echt een 'must' voor Eric Clapton-fans én voor iedereen die van blues en lange gitaarsolo's houdt.
