De vampier-film Queen Of The Damned had het spetterende acteerdebuut moeten worden voor r&b-zangeres Aaliyah. Een vliegtuigongeluk kort na de opnames (2001) maakte echter een abrupt einde aan haar (acteer)carrière. Op de soundtrack staat geen muziek van Aaliyah, maar wel stevige bijdragen van o.a. Korn-zanger Jonathan Davis, Marilyn Manson, Papa Roach, Disturbed, Deftones en Tricky. (MvP)
