De Amerikaanse zangeres/violiste Alison Krauss is onbetwist de populairste artiest in het traditionele bluegrass- en folkrepertoire. Op deze dubbele livecd zingt ze als vanouds de sterren van de hemel in songs als Baby Now That I’ve Found You, New Favorite, Oh Atlanta en When You Say Nothing At All. Gelukkig geeft ze daarnaast ook de leden van haar uitstekende band Union Station de ruimte om uit te blinken. Dit gebeurt bijvoorbeeld in een instrumentaal stuk als Cluck Old Hen, maar ook in de traditional I Am A Man Of Constant Sorrow, die schitterend wordt gezongen door Ron Block en Dan Tyminski. (MvP)
