Dit is de opvolger van het in 1994 verschenen album Under A Blue Roof van Matilde Santing. Na die plaat verschenen Choosy Live! en de verzamelaar Matilde Matilde. De zangeres, die haar voornaam iets gewijzigd heeft, doet het op To Others To One zoals we dat van haar gewend zijn rustig aan met fraaie luisterliedjes als Too Big For Me, het van de reclame bekende Wonderful Life en Don't Try To Tell Me van Wendy & Lisa. Ze covert Janis Ians Ready For The War, het dansbare, door Tim Finn geschreven Protected en de standard How Deep Is The Ocean.
