Rod Argent Live at the Bloomsbury Theatre

De cultstatus van de Engelse band The Zombies valt voor een groot deel terug te voeren op het album Odessey & Oracle uit 1969. Kort na het voltooien ervan viel de groep uit elkaar. De lovende recensies en de singlehit Time Of The Season konden daar niets meer aan veranderen. De liedjes van Odessey & Oracle zijn nooit live door The Zombies uitgevoerd. Tot ruim dertig jaar na de breuk. De belangrijkste bandleden - zanger Colin Blunstone en pianist/componist Rod Argent - kwamen toen bij elkaar met een nieuwe band voor een serie concerten (ook in Nederland!) en het nieuwe album As Far As I Can See. Deze dvd is een registratie van de première in het Londense Bloomsbury Theatre. Alle hits (She's Not There, Time Of The Season) komen voorbij, plus de belangrijkste tracks van Odessey & Oracle en As Far As I Can See, solowerk van Blunstone en nummers van Argent, de rockband uit de jaren zeventig van Rod Argent.
