Derde compilatie in een reeks gebaseerd op de nummers die Bob Dylan draaide in zijn radioprogramma Theme Time Radio Hour. Eén van de charmes van het programma waren de uitvoerige redes van Dylan. Zijn motivaties om bepaalde dingen te draaien, zijn grappen en verhelderende anekdotes worden node gemist op deze verzamelbox. Toch zijn de meer dan honderd tracks de moeite van het luisteren waard. Ook buiten de context van het radioprogramma is het een mooie verzameling popgeschiedenis. (JE)
