ARABISCH - When Nada and Sahar first meet at school, Nada greets Sahar but Sahar does not respond. Several incidents occur after that and the day ends with the two girls angry at each other. The next day Nada discovers that Sahar has a hearing problem and the girls figure out the misunderstandings between them. The story is narrated twice, once by Nada and once by Sahar, which teaches readers to view things from other people’s perspectives. The story teaches children not to be quick in judging others and to be candid. Leeftijd: 8-12 jaar.
